Does my pet need a prescription?


Nope! Probiotics are consdered safe and do not require any type of prescription. If you pet is espescially sensitive or is on prescription medication, it's best to consult your veternarian.




Does it have flavor that my dog or cat might refuse?


In our experience, Geneflora is accepted by even the pickiest eaters! Geneflora is designed to be flavorless so it easily mixes in with your pets favorite foods and treats.




What is the expiration date?


Each can of Geneflora comes with it's own expiration which is two years from the manufacturer date.




Does it needs to be refrigerated?


Nope! Geneflora is a spore based probiotic supplement which means that it is shelf stable and does not require any refridgeration. That being said, it is best to keep it out of direct sunlight or heat (98 degrees+) for maximum potency.
